Baxter Moerman Jewelry is handmade in our California workshop. We hold ourselves to a very high standard of quality, however there may be subtle variations and differences from order to order, depending on availability. All orders are carefully packaged in our signature boxes, are fully insured and ship via FedEx 2day. Any item in stock will ship within 1-2 business days, Items not in stock will be made to order and will ship within 2-3 weeks.  If you need an item sooner or would like to inquire about the availability of an item please contact us at info@baxtermoerman.com or 805.801.9117.

We do our best to keep track of available inventory on the website. If you would like to order a piece that is not available please contact us at info@baxtermoerman.com or 805.801.9117 to discuss a special order. All special orders are considered final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.

All custom sales are final and non-returnable. Stocked items may be exchanged within 14 days in new condition for store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact us for return shipping instructions.

We collect sales tax for orders shipped inside California, when shipping outside of California the customer is expected to pay the appropriate sales tax in their state.
